Important Terms & Conditions
- Early booking offers are available only during the applicable booking period.
- All camp bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kumbh Yatra Camp.
- Applicable GST will be charged extra, wherever applicable.
- All scheduled installments must be paid by their respective due dates.
- A 10% late payment charge may apply if an installment remains unpaid for more than 30 days after its due date.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the booking may be cancelled and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
- Camp availability, services, travel arrangements, and schedules may be affected by government guidelines or local administrative decisions.
- In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting Kumbh Mela Nashik 2027, the applicable operational and booking policies may be revised.
- Kumbh Yatra Camp reserves the right to update its operational policies in accordance with directions issued by the concerned authorities.
